Rasna Extra Virgin Olive Oil olives are grown in the hills of central Tuscany at an altitude that varies from 250 to 300 meters above sea level. The olives are of four varieties – leccino, moraiolo, pendolino, frantoio – and are exclusively hand picked. The oil is extracted from the fruit using a temperature controlled press. The bouquet is fruited, intense, harmonic, slightly bitter and pungent, with acidity at less than 0.2%.
